More About Me

I am incredibly grateful to be a mother to two wonderful young adults and a wife to an incredibly supportive husband. My family is my greatest blessing on this journey, and I'm lucky that they're willing to try everything I cook, even if they can be tough critics (in a loving way, always)

When I'm not busy in the kitchen, I love to stay active, especially outdoors. Gardening and spending time with our animals bring me immense joy and relaxation.

I'm fortunate to live a truly amazing life split between two breathtaking locations: the serene countryside of Ireland and the sunny shores of Fire Island, New York. Living in these stunning places has deeply influenced my culinary journey. I draw inspiration from my heritage and from locally grown ingredients.
