Buttered Fried Sage Leaves

Ingredients:

Buttered Fried Sage Leaves:
3 Tbsp butter
10-12 fresh sage leaves
coarse salt (optional)

Directions:
Melt 3 Tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add sage leaves. Fry, 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
