Pan-Fried Fish Fillet
Pan-Fried Fish Fillet:
Ingredients:
2 fillets, skin on
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Score the skin of each fillet three times. Pat dry and season fish with salt and pepper. Fry skin side down for 3-4 minutes, until the skin is crisp and golden. Flip fillets and cook for 1 minute more.
