Seasoning:

Ingredients:
1 tsp salt per pound
1/2 tsp per pound

Directions:
Remove meat from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking, let meat come to room temperature.

Pat meat dry with a paper towel on all sides.

Season with salt and pepper.
