Coconut Crunch

Serves: Four | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 5 min

Ingredients:

Coconut Crunch:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 chili, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 cup coconut flake

Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat. Add chili, garlic, and coconut flake. Toast, stirring occasionally for five minutes. Perfect topping for Quick Red Thai Chicken Curry
