Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
Irish Coffee:
1 oz Irish whiskey
4 oz freshly brewed coffee
1 tsp light brown sugar
freshly whipped cream
Garnish:
Green colored sugar
Directions:
Fill an Irish coffee glass with hot water and let it sit for a minute to warm the glass. Pour out the water, then add the whiskey, hot coffee, and brown sugar to the warmed glass. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Gently pour fresh cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the coffee without mixing in. Finish with a sprinkle of green sprinkles on top for a festive little touch, and serve immediately.
