Pomegranate Spitzer

Ingredients:

Pomegranate Spitzer:

Single:
4 oz white wine, chilled
1 oz pomegranate juice
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 oz sparkling water

Sharing:
1 bottle white wine, chilled
1 cup pomegrante juice
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups sparkling water

Garnish:
Lemon slice
Pomegranate seeds

Directions:
For a single serving, fill a glass with ice and add the wine, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water, give it a gentle stir, and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a lemon slice.

For sharing, add the wine, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice to a pitcher and stir well to combine. Top with sparkling water just before serving. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the spritzer, and garnish each glass with pomegranate seeds and lemon slices.
