Ingredients:
Spicy Cucumber Margartias:
1/4 cup coarse salt
1-2 seedless cucumbers
2-3 jalapenos, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
2 cups tequila
1 cup Orange Liqueur
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
3-4 cups soda water

Lime Slices
Jalapeno Slices
Directions:
Using a vegetable peeler, peel long strips of cucumber to use as ribbons for lining the inside of each glass. Remove the remaining skin from the cucumber, roughly chop it, and place it in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, then strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer and set aside.
Line the inside of each glass with about two cucumber ribbons.
Place salt on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rim into the salt to coat.
Add 1–2 jalapeño slices to the glass and gently muddle. Fill the glass with ice, then add the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and about 3 oz of the fresh cucumber juice. Stir well, top with about 3 oz of soda water, and garnish before serving.
