Shamrock Cucumber Garnish

Tip

To make the shamrock cucumber garnish. Use a vegetable peeler to carefully remove a long strip of cucumber skin, about 1/4-inch thick, trying to keep it as even as possible and a nice long strip. Lay it flat on a cutting board and use a small shamrock-shaped cookie cutter. Firmly press it into the cucumber skin strip to cut out the shamrock shapes. Gently remove each cut-out piece and use them to garnish your drinks or dishes for a festive touch.
