Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves: Four | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 50 min

Ingredients:

Roasted Asparagus:
1.5 lb Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven 450F/230C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts, remove any yellow outer leaves, and cut them in half if they are large. Place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the sprouts onto the prepared tray in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them so they roast properly. Roast for 20–25 minutes, until tender and beautifully browned on the edges.
