Dairy Free Irish Cream

Ingredients:

Dairy Free Irish Cream:
1 14oz tin full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup whiskey

Garnish:
Cocoa powder

Directions:
Add the coconut milk, sugar, cocoa powder, instant coffee powder, vanilla extract, and whiskey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and well combined.

Pour into a bottle or jar and store in the refrigerator until chilled. Shake well before serving, and garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder before enjoying. Enjoy with or without ice.
