Perfect Pear Cocktail Pitcher

Ingredients:

Perfect Pear Cocktail Pitcher:
2 cups vodka
1 cup pear juice/puree/nectar
1/2 cup elderflower cordial
Bottle sparkling water, chilled

Garnish:
Sliced pear
Sliced fresh ginger
Thyme sprig

Directions:
To a pitcher, add the vodka, pear juice, and elderflower cordial and stir well to combine. Pour the mixture into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a glass, top with 3-4 oz of soda water to each glass and garnish.
