Hibiscus Elderflower Fizz

Serves: Eight | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 0 min

Ingredients:

Hibiscus Elderflower Fizz:
2 Hibiscus Tea Bags
1/2 cup elderflower liqueur
2 oranges, sliced
1 bottle prosecco, chilled

Garnish:
Dried Orange Slices

Directions:
Steep the tea bags in one cup of boiling water and let them sit until the liquid reaches room temperature, or refrigerate overnight for a more intense flavor.

Once cooled, remove the tea bags and pour the tea into a pitcher. Add sliced oranges and elderflower. Stir in a handful of ice.

To serve, pour 1–2 ounces of the tea mixture into each glass and top with 3–4 ounces of chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a dried orange slice and enjoy.

Alternatively, you can add the Prosecco directly to the pitcher and pour into glasses—ice is optional, depending on your preference.
