Pumpkin White Russian

Ingredients:

Pumpkin White Russian:
2 tsp honey
5 ginger snap cookies, finely crushed
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
4 oz vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
6-8 oz whole milk

Garnish:
Whipped cream

Directions:
Place the honey on a flat plate and the crushed biscuits on another. Dip the rim of your glass into the honey, then into the crushed biscuits to coat it evenly.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the pumpkin purée, vodka, Kahlúa, and pumpkin pie spice. Shake vigorously until well chilled and combined.

Add ice to your prepared glass and strain in the vodka mixture. Pour the milk on top, then garnish with a dollop of whipped cream for a deliciously creamy autumn cocktail.
