Bourbon Bacon and Maple Bacon

Ingredients:
Bourbon Bacon:
8-10 slices steaky bacon
2 Tbsp bourbon
2 Tbsp dark Brown sugar
Maple Bacon:
8-10 slices streaky bacon
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on top, lightly greasing it with cooking spray.
Lay the bacon strips flat on the rack, then brush each strip with bourbon or maple syrup and sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking every 5 minutes toward the end to prevent burning, until the bacon is slightly crisp and caramelized.
**If you prefer an easier cleanup, you can skip the rack and place the bacon directly on a baking tray lined with baking paper—just note it may not get quite as crispy, but it still tastes amazing.
