Serves: Eight | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 0 min

Ingredients:

Chive Blossom Butter:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
10-12 chive blossoms
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Cut the chive blossoms from the stems just below the flower heads. Rinse them gently under cool water and allow them to dry completely.

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, chive blossoms, garlic, and salt, mixing until everything is evenly incorporated. Spoon the butter onto a sheet of baking paper and shape it into a log. Roll tightly in the paper, then wrap with cling film and refrigerate until firm.

**For longer storage, place the wrapped butter in the freezer, where it will keep for up to six months.
