Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups with Mustard Parmesan Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups:
1 can refrigerated croissant rolls
6 ham slices
3 cheddar cheese slices, cut in half
3 swiss cheese slices, cut in half

Mustard Parmesan Mayonnaise:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed
Fresh chives, minced

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place one slice of ham, cheddar, and Swiss cheese onto the large end of each croissant section. Starting from the large end, gently roll the croissant toward the pointed tip to enclose the filling. Place each croissant on the prepared baking tray with the tip tucked underneath so it stays in place while baking. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and heated through.

To make the Mustard Parmesan Mayonnaise, add the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mustard, and garlic to a small bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.

Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
