Ham Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Ham Salad Sandwiches:
4 slices bread
4 oz ham, diced
2 oz cheddar cheese, diced
1 cup lettuce, thinly shredded
1-2 scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnasie

Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced scallions, chopped tomato, and mayonnaise. Stir well until everything is evenly coated. Spoon the ham salad mixture onto two slices of bread, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

**A perfect sandwich to use up leftover ham.
