Lavender Honey Syrup

Serves: One Cup | Prep: 1 hr, 5 min | Cook: 15 min

Ingredients:

Lavender Honey Syrup:
1 cup honey
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp dried lavender buds

Directions:
In a saucepan bring honey, water, and lavender buds to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat at let sit for 1 hour. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Place into an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.

Delicious for cocktails, teas, and baking.

**If using fresh lavender, double to 4 Tbsp.
**To dry your own lavender, tie lavender sprigs into a bundle and hang upside down in a cool dry place, until dried.
