Spring Onion Dip

Ingredients:
Spring Onion Dip:
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cups spring onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed. Reduce the speed to low and add the spring onions and parsley, mixing just until evenly incorporated. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional spring onion and parsley on top. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use for best flavor. Serve with Crackers , fresh vegetables, or smeared on Yogurt Everything Bagels.
