Mango Bellinis & Mango Sunset

Ingredients:

Mango Puree:
1 ripe mango, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 oz water

Mango Bellinis:
1 bottle chilled prosecco

Mango Sunset:
1 bottle chilled prosecco
4 tsp grenadine

Garnish:
Fresh mango slices
Fresh mint sprigs

Directions:
In a blender, combine the mango, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

For Mango Bellinis:
Spoon 1 Tablespoon of the mango mixture into each glass. Top with chilled Prosecco, stir gently, and garnish as desired.

For Mango Sunsets:
Add 1 Tablespoon of the mango mixture to each glass and top with chilled Prosecco. Slowly pour 1/2 teaspoon of grenadine over the back of a spoon into each glass to create a sunset effect. Garnish and enjoy.
