Vanilla Rhubarb Fizz Pitcher

Ingredients:

Vanilla Rhubarb Fizz Pitcher:
1/2 cup vanilla vodka
1/4 cup Sweet Pickled Rhubarb syrup
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 bottle chilled prosecco

Garnish:
Sweet Pickled Rhubarb
Fresh strawberries

Directions:
In a pitcher, combine the vodka, rhubarb syrup, and lemon juice. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. When serving, either pour a splash of the mixture into each champagne glass and top with chilled prosecco, or add the prosecco directly to the pitcher. Garnish each glass just before serving.
