Buttered Stovetop Cajun Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
Buttered Stovetop Cajun Chicken Breasts:
1.5 lbs chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
4 Tbsp butter, divided
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Place chicken breast onto a cutting board, pound chicken with a meat mallet, until flattened about 1/2-inch thick. Repeat with all remaining chicken.
In a bowl whisk paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper together. Sprinkle on both sides of the chicken breasts.
In a large skillet heat oil and 2 Tbsp butter over medium high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook on 5-7 minutes. Add the remaining 2 Tbsp butter, flip chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes, spooning the butter mixture over the chicken often, until chicken is cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
