Foil Wrapped Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients:
Foil Wrapped Grilled Potatoes:
2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp butter, cubed
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat your barbecue to medium high heat.
Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil and place the potatoes, onion, and garlic in the center, leaving enough room to fold and seal the foil securely. Dot with butter, drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Fold the foil tightly to create a sealed packet. Place the foil packet on the barbecue, close the lid, and cook for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Carefully remove the packet from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes before opening, as hot steam will escape.
