Oven Baked Crispy Raviolis

Ingredients:
Oven Baked Crispy Raviolis:
1lb fresh cheese raviolis
2 eggs
2 Tbsp whole milk
2 cups dried breadcrumbs
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425F/220C. Grease a wire rack and place it on top of a baking tray.
In a shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk together.
In another shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese together.
Working one at a time, fully dredge each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat well in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the breaded ravioli on the prepared rack and lightly spray or brush the tops with oil. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Serve with Sweet and Spicy Tomato Sauce, Marinara Sauce.
