Oven Cooked Bacon

Serves: Four | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Oven Cooked Bacon:
1 lb bacon

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Lay the bacon slices flat on the tray in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the bacon is golden and crispy to your liking.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Serve warm.

**Once the bacon has completely cooled, store it in an airtight container lined with paper towels. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
