Aquafaba Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

Aquafaba Whiskey Sour:
1 Tbsp sugar
2 oz whiskey
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 Tbsp aquafaba, liquid from a can of chickpeas

Garnish:
Citrus Twist

Directions:
Place a small amount of sugar on a plate. Rub the rim of your glass with a lemon wedge, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat it.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add whiskey, fresh lemon juice, aquafaba, and bitters. Shake vigorously for about 20–30 seconds until the drink is well chilled and slightly frothy. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with an orange twist and a Fabbri cherry.
