Dandelion Elderflower Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

Dandelion Elderflower Gin Fizz:
2 oz Hendricks Gin 
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz Dandelion Syrup
Sparkling/Soda/Seltzer Water

Garnish:
Cucumber slices
Dandelion

Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and dandelion syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, then top with sparkling water. Garnish with a few cucumber slices and a fresh dandelion flower. If using dandelions as garnish, be sure to pick them from an area that has not been sprayed and rinse them well before using.
