2 cups Irish whiskey

Directions:
Single Serving:
Fill a copper mule mugs with ice, then pour in the Irish whiskey and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to combine and chill. Top with ginger beer, giving it a light stir to blend without losing the fizz. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lime, and enjoy immediately.
Pitcher Version:
Add the Irish whiskey and fresh lime juice to a pitcher and stir well to combine. To serve, fill copper mule mugs with ice and pour the whiskey-lime mixture into each glass, leaving about 6 ounces of space at the top. Finish each mug with ginger beer, stir gently, garnish with fresh mint and a lime slice, and enjoy.
