Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

Whiskey Sour:
2 oz whiskey
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 egg white

Garnish:
Angostura Bitters

Directions:
Add the whiskey, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a dry cocktail shaker (without ice). Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture becomes frothy and the egg white is well incorporated. Next, add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the drink is well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a glass and finish by adding a few drops of bitters on top for garnish.
