Citron Prosecco

Ingredients:

Citron Prosecco:
1/4 cup Lemon Sugar
1 cup Citron vodka
1/4-1/2 cup lemon simple syrup
1 bottle chilled Prosecco

Garnish:
Candied Lemon Slices

Directions:
Place the lemon sugar on a small flat plate. Rub the rim of each glass with a fresh lemon wedge, then dip the rim into the lemon sugar so it lightly coats the edge of the glass.

In a pitcher, combine the vodka and lemon simple syrup (the syrup from the candied lemons works beautifully). If you are using regular simple syrup instead, add the juice of ½ a lemon to give it that bright citrus flavor. Pour in the prosecco and gently stir to combine.

Pour the spritz into the prepared glasses and garnish with a few candied lemon slices for a bright, sweet finish.
