Pomegranate Pop Rock Cocktail:
2 bags Pop Rock Candy
1 cup Pomegranate Juice
1 bottle chilled Prosecco
Garnish:
Edible gold glitter
Directions:
Dip the rim of each champagne flute first into a shallow dish of pomegranate juice, then immediately into popping candy so it sticks to the edge. Once all the glasses are prepared, pour 1 ounce of pomegranate juice into each flute. Top gently with 3–4 ounces of well-chilled prosecco, pouring slowly to keep the bubbles lively. Finish with a light spray of edible gold glitter for a festive, sparkling touch.
