Pomegranate Juice

Ingredients:

Pomegranates Juice:
2 pomegrante, seeds removed

Directions:
Add the cleaned pomegranate seeds to a blender and pulse for 5–10 seconds, just until the juice is released. Be careful not to over-blend—breaking the seeds can make the juice bitter and slightly gritty. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer set over a bowl or jug, then use a rubber spatula to gently press and extract all of the juice. Once strained, discard the seeds into the compost and enjoy your fresh pomegranate juice.
