Ingredients:
Guacamole:
3 large ripe avocados
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro/corriander, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
With a sharp knife cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocados until you reach your desired consistency, whether chunky or smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and gently mix until everything is well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve right away.
