Serves: Four | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 5 min

Ingredients:

Old Bay Seasoned Shrimp:
1 lb uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Old Bay
1 tsp cumin
lime

Cilantro Yogurt Sauce:
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel, then toss them in a bowl with Old Bay and cumin until evenly coated.

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove from the heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.

In a separate bowl, make the cilantro yogurt sauce by mixing together cilantro, yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt until smooth.

Serve the shrimp in warm tortillas topped with the sauce and thinly sliced red cabbage.
