Prawn Cocktail

Ingredients:

Prawn Cocktail:
12 oz cooked prawns, thawed and drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp horseradish
1/2 lemon, juiced
few dashes hot sauce
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Paprika
Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Add the prawns, mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, Tabasco, parsley, chives, and scallions to a mixing bowl and stir until everything is well combined and coated. Line the bottom of six martini glasses with crisp lettuce leaves, then spoon the prawn mixture over the top. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley, chives, and scallions, dust lightly with paprika, and serve each glass with a lemon wedge for a bright, zesty touch.
