Shrimp Salad Rolls

Ingredients:
Shrimp Salad Rolls:
1 lb Shrimp, boiled, peeled, and chopped
4 hot dog buns
4 large lettuce leaves
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Paprika
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together shrimp, celery, scallions, dill, chives, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined. Place a large lettuce leaf into each bun, spoon on the shrimp mixture, and finish with a light sprinkle of paprika on top.
