Ingredients:
Steak, Egg, and Horseradish Spread:
1 cup cooked steak, chopped
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, roughly chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise
1-2 tsp Ground Horseradish Root
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp fresh parsely, roughly chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Add the steak, eggs, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Pulse the mixture until it becomes creamy but still has a little texture. **Avoid over blending so it doesn’t become completely smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle the top with additional fresh parsley, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to come together. Serve with Whole Wheat Olive Oil Crackers, Bruschetta.
