Ham and Cheese Jambon

Ingredients:
Ham and Cheese Jambon:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup cooked ham, finely chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven 400°F / 200°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
On a lightly floured work surface, roll the puff pastry out into a 12×12-inch square, then cut it into 9 equal squares.
Place a small dollop of Dijon mustard in the center of each square, then top with slices of ham and cheese. Fold the corners of the pastry toward the center to create a small parcel.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg with 1 Tablespoon of water to make an egg wash.
Arrange the jambons on the prepared baking trays and brush the tops lightly with the egg wash. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
